MR. STORAGE SHEDS is proud to offer the finest in backyard storage structures, garages, cabins and barns all backed by one of the strongest warranties in the business. All structures come complete with an all inclusive front to back and top to bottom six-year warranty. MR. STORAGE SHEDS uses carefully selected building components in each of our backyard storage structures. In doing so, MR. STORAGE SHEDS will guarantee for a period of six years from date of installation that our product be free of any defective material or workmanship. In the event that our product or a portion of our product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the defective item free of charge, at MR. STORAGE SHEDS' discretion.

Some of the products we use during construction, for instance our siding and roofing, carry an additional manufacturers warranty that is completely independent from any warranty stated herein. Conditions & Limitations
1. Caulk and paint exterior no later than 30 days from date of installation.
2. Maintain exterior paint for warranty period.
3. Building must remain in original construction location.
4. Building must be clear of any direct exposure to water sprinklers.
5. Perimeter and underside of building must be kept clear of vegetative growth.
6. Underside of building must be well ventilated.

Failure to comply with all of the above stated conditions will terminate MR. STORAGE SHEDS' warranty.
IN NO EVENT will MR. STORAGE SHEDS be responsible for building contents or any damage to building caused by events unrelated to the construction of the structure such as criminal mischief, fire, hail, tornadoes, high water, poor soil conditions or any other natural disasters.

NOTE: Prices do not include painting, taxes, optional features, permits, zoning and setback advice and/or compliance, excavation, or leveling beyond 6”. Some displays show optional features.
